I’m a Brazilian-Paraguay teenager. Art is my hobby—nothing crazy, just whatever I feel like creating when I’m not doomscrolling. I’m into yumeshipping. Specifically with Shizuku, my oshi. I rly want more cards of her. I also have a deep love for the "kemono" (獣) community, which is similar to the furry fandom. While I don’t mind being called a furry, I identify more with the kemono side of things. If you’re curious, just Google it. Call me a furry if you want, I don’t really care. When I’m not sketching or getting too deep into fandom nonsense, I run a small Cookie Run: Kingdom Discord server because, yes, cookies are serious business. Most of the people I know hang out on my Discord server, which includes both online friends and even some from school. It’s a little digital hub where we share jokes, ideas, and everything in between. Speaking of friends, my best friend Ycaro means the world to me, and so do my amazing oomfs on Twitter. They’ve become such an important part of my life. Now, how did I learn English? Through yaoi doujin🤓. That was in 2021, and it somehow spiraled into me becoming semi-fluent. Lately, I’ve also been diving into learning Chinese, mostly thanks to my growing obsession with Xiaohongshu. I love writing in my diary. Decorated with Snoopy and Moomin stickers. Writing has always been a comfort for me, much like RPGs were back in my freshman days. I used to play with my friends during lunch, and we even got funding from the principal to buy a new set of dice. I still have my old set—the glittery ones are my favorites. Sadly, my beloved glitter d20 ended up with the DM, but I’m still holding onto my trusty regular d20. Books are another big part of my life. I love the works of authors like Franz Kafka, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Machado de Assis, J.D. Salinger and Tove Jansson. My taste is eclectic, but I enjoy works that capture the complexity of human nature. While I wouldn’t call myself a cinephile anymore (like I might’ve done two years ago), I’m trying to get back on track. I’m posting more reviews on Letterbox, even if they’re just simple impressions, and making an effort to watch more films. I’m a fan of directors like Quentin Tarantino and Wes Anderson, but I’ve been meaning to explore Akira Kurosawa’s work, too. Also, I often find myself relating to characters that resonate with my own experiences or personality. The ones that stand out the most to me are Donnie Darko, Charlie from The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Todd Anderson from Dead Poets Society, Max Fischer from Rushmore, Oliver Tate from Submarine, Young Neil from Scott Pilgrim, Laios from Dungeon Meshi, Holden Caulfield from Catcher in the Rye, Wirt from Over the Garden Wall, and Ash from Fantastic Mr. Fox. When it comes to style, I’d describe mine as a mix of jirai kei—specifically, jirai danshi—and some other influences. New Wave, punks, mandrakes, 2010 tumblr, juggalo, and more.
